I suspect the book is out of print since it now goes for $250 on Amazon. Therefore, I hope the authors' attorneys think of this as a public service, rather than a copyright violation. If you can get hold of a copy, not only is the book an excellent source of Jewish baking history, it has some amazing recipes and superb challah braiding instructions.
