Group Spiritual Direction is a process where, typically, four to six participants focus on the spiritual dimensions of their lives in a safe, supportive environment of their peers, under the guidance of a Spiritual Director. Participants get practice listening to and empathizing deeply with others, as well as being truly heard while they discover their own inner voices. The intimacies that are formed, the trust that develops, and the support that people feel makes this a place where they can return each month for support and guidance.
Spiritual exploration in a group setting provides multiple perspectives and shared group learning.
Seekers can pre-select members of a group of their own making or enroll individually for placement in a group when there are sufficient prospective members.
Groups typically meet for 90 to 120 minutes once a month.
