I am a practicing modern Jew and received my training in Spiritual Direction from ALEPH Alliance for Jewish Renewal. Nonetheless, I believe that spirituality need not be bounded by the constraints of any particular religion, and I work with seekers of all faith traditions.
If there is any distinction between Jewish Spiritual Direction and Spiritual Direction in general, it would simply be that of looking at one's spiritual life through the lens of the rituals, practices, and traditions of Judaism.
